thank you, george. with the help of everyone here tonight, america has become the hottest economy anywhere on the planet earth. since my election, over 2019 -- 200,000 new jobs have been created here in north carolina. we have lifted 10 million people off of welfare including 7 million people off of food stamps. 4:37 am
you know about it. we are also fighting to ensure that working families have access to paid family leave, reducing the cost of childcare and giving 40 million american families an average of $2200 thanks to the republican child tax credit. the republicans are claiming that, we did that, nobody else did that. the democrats are saying how did they do that one? we are reversing decades of calamitous trade policies that decimated manufacturing in north carolina. you know all about it. it is probably the number one reason i am running. the trade deals we are making are unbelievable.
4:38 am
your state lost 43% of all manufacturing jobs after manufacturing -- nafta was signed. i signed the brand-new u.s.-mexico canada agreement. the usmca is a giant victory for north carolina's incredible farmers and factory workers. speaking and farmers and factory workers and small businesses, you know about the death tax. you have a small farm someplace, you have a nice business, you no longer have an inherited stack. if you want to leave it to your children, you can leave it to your children, there is no tax to be paid by your children. they don't have to go back to the evil bankers and borrow money from the bankers. lose the farm, lose the business. it won't happen. i always say it. i know a lot of chilled -- parents that don't love their children very much.
4:39 am
is there anybody in this room that does not love their children? these raise your hand. please raise your hand. nobody? that is because we are in north carolina. you love your children. if you don't, it does not matter. if you don't love your children, don't leave them a thing. you don't have the inheritance tax anymore, that is great. a lot of people -- this is on the issue of immigration. every democrat running for president supports free federal welfare were illegal aliens on your tax.
4:40 am
not only does illegal immigration brain our treasury but it threatens illegal lives. to illegal aliens in maryland who had been previously charged with attempted murder were released. they went and murdered a teenage girl, beating her with a baseball bat and slashing her with a machete. the entire democratic field supports deadly sanctuary cities that release dangerous criminals to terrorize your communities. right here in north carolina, believe it or not, the sanctuary county -- you know all about this. they killed her and dumped her body into the woods. last year alone, sanctuary jurisdictions in north carolina, how did that happen to north carolina? deliberately set free hundreds and hundreds of dangerous criminal aliens.
4:41 am
they were charged with gun crime, sexual assault, kidnapping, even murder. we have to change it. roy cooper vetoed a bill that would save north carolina lives and ban sanctuary cities. what was he thinking? your republican senator tom tillis has introduced a bill allowing american victims to sue sanctuary cities for the horrible pain, anguish and suffering they inflicted on people. wall"]ng "build that

i went to border patrol. they said what is your wish? the barriers up top, they want everything. it is called a no climb proviso. i said what does the word pro-visor mean? it means you're not able to climb over it. it is very tough. a couple of weeks ago, they were climbing the wall. the fire department had to take them down. that is what the no climb is. it is a little more expense -- expensive. one of voice. we are building the wall. it is going great. they said he is building the
